Rajasthan: Now Ashok Gehlot took this big step for the children of Anganwadi!

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has now taken a big step to provide proper and hot supplementary nutrition to children at Anganwadi or Mini Anganwadi centers. He has given this information through social media.

He tweeted in this regard that regular physical check-ups of children and necessary equipment related to nutrition will be made available in Anganwadi centers of the state. Rs 73.84 crore has been approved for this. Various equipment including an infantometer, stadiometer, and weighing machine will be purchased for Anganwadi centers.

With these, monitoring of malnourished children along with the physical growth of children will be possible. Along with this, children will be saved from health-related diseases. Gas cylinders with regulators and pipes, gas stove and utensils for preparing nutritious food will also be made available at Anganwadi or mini Anganwadi centers with the sanctioned amount. 

With this approval, proper and hot supplementary nutrition will be available to the children. An announcement in this regard was made in the budget for the year 2023-24.
