Rajasthan Elections 2023: What is the indication that the names of these two leaders are not appearing in the third list also?

The dates of assembly elections in Rajasthan have been announced and along with it, political parties are also releasing the lists of their candidates. While BJP has released two lists so far, Congress has also released three lists so far. Names of many leaders have appeared in these lists.
