Rajasthan Elections 2023: Candidates will be able to file nomination in the state from today, there will be a ban on show of strength
The dates of assembly elections in Rajasthan have been announced and with it, political parties have also come into full swing. Till now, all the parties in Rajasthan including BJP, Congress, BSP, AAP, RLP have announced the names of the candidates. The remaining names and lists are also to be announced. In such a situation, the work of filling nominations will start in Rajasthan from today.
Let us tell you that elections will be held on 200 assembly seats in the state and any candidate who has got the ticket will be able to file nomination from today. The biggest thing is that the Election Commission has already made it clear that no candidate will be able to show strength during nomination.
If media reports are to be believed, all the district election officers in the state will issue election notifications for assembly seats in their respective districts on October 30. The work of filling nominations will take place from 30 October to 6 November. Nomination papers will be scrutinized on November 7. Voting is to be held on 25th November and counting is to be held on 3rd December.
