As soon as government doctors came in support of private hospitals opposing the Right to Health Bill in Rajasthan, the government has also turned action. More strict orders from the government have been removed and it has been made clear that strict action will be taken against the doctor if he participates in the bandh. Also, all the holidays have been cancelled.

In this case, the Medical Education Department has issued an order asking the principals of all the medical colleges in the state to cancel the registration of such resident doctors studying in their colleges, who misbehaved with the relatives of the patients during the agitation.

Also, in the order issued by the government, medical teachers teaching in medical colleges have been asked to send the attendance of doctors, residents, paramedical staff, and nursing staff engaged in attached hospitals. The leave of all these doctors and staff will also be approved by the principal or hospital superintendents.
