Who is Arjun Ram Meghwal? 

Arjun Ram Meghwal is a Member of Parliament from Bikaner since 2009. Meghwal has done BA and LLB from Dungar College, Bikaner. He has done his Masters's degree from the same college. After this, he also did an MBA from the University of the Philippines. He has also been an IAS officer of Rajasthan Cadre.
