Rajasthan: After the action taken on Rahul Gandhi, now this fear is haunting Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat

Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has now moved the Supreme Court in view of the apprehension of arrest in the Sanjivani Credit Co-operative Society case. According to reports, BJP MP Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has gone into defensive mode even before the rhetoric and possible action of SOG in this matter.

A petition in this regard has been presented in the Supreme Court on behalf of BJP leader Shekhawat. 

On his behalf, a request has been made in the High Court to cancel the FIR registered in SOG. On the other hand, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has got relief from Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court in the defamation case. At present, summons has not been issued to Ashok Gehlot in this matter.

The court has now asked the Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police to investigate and present evidence in the defamation case of Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. The next hearing of the case will now be on 25th of next month.

Significantly, Rahul Gandhi has been sentenced to two years for the statement made regarding the Modi surname. Now his parliament membership has also ended.
