Rahul Gandhi Remarks: Parliament stalled on Rahul Gandhi's statement, the government is demanding an apology and opposition is demanding JPC
The second phase of the budget session of the Parliament is going on and due to the uproar by the opposition, no work could be done in the Parliament. On the other hand, the opposition raised the demand of JPC in the Adani-Hindenburg case and said that instead of Rahul Gandhi, the government should apologize in this matter. In the Rajya Sabha, Piyush Goyal raised the issue of Rahul Gandhi's statement. The ruling party remained adamant in demanding an apology from Rahul Gandhi.
On the other hand, the demand for JPC inquiry was raised continuously by the opposition. Amid the uproar, the proceedings of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were first adjourned till 2 pm and then till 11 am on Wednesday.
