AAP's Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha has got a big relief from the Delhi High Court. Let us tell you that Delhi High Court has put a stay on the order to Raghav Chadha to vacate the government bungalow. In such a situation, Raghav will not have to vacate the bungalow at present. Delhi High Court has stayed the lower court's decision to vacate the government bungalow, now this stay will continue till the final decision of the High Court.

Let us tell you that last year, Type-6 bungalow was allotted to Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab, Raghav Chadha. After this, Raghav Chadha had submitted a report to Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar requesting allotment of Type-7 house. After this, Rajya Sabha Secretariat had allotted Type-7 bungalow in New Delhi to Raghav Chadha.

But this is for those MPs who have been former Union Ministers, Governors or Chief Ministers. After this, in March he was told that the allotment had been cancelled. Because Type-7 bungalow was not as per his eligibility. Raghav Chadha reached the court against the decision of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat and now he has got relief from the High Court.
