Giving this information, Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said that Police Inspector Rahul Jagdale and Assistant Police Inspector Vishwanath Todkari posted at Yerwada Police Station have been suspended because they did not inform the wireless control room about the accident. 

On Sunday, May 19, in the Kalyani Nagar area of ​​Pune, the 17-year-old son of real estate developer Vishal Agarwal ran over two engineers riding a bike with his sports car Porsche. Both the bike riders, Anish Avadhiya and Ashwini Costa, died in this accident. Just 14 hours after this incident, the court granted bail to the minor accused with some conditions. When people raised questions on this, the police registered a case again.

1. The father of minor accused arrested

After the strong reaction of the people, the police arrested the minor accused's father Vishal Agarwal from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar on Tuesday. Apart from this, the owner and manager of the pub where the minor had consumed alcohol were also arrested. They are accused of giving alcohol to the child without knowing his age. Vishal Agarwal is one of the famous builders of Pune. 

2. Preparations to trap the driver to save the son

Pune Police has confirmed that an attempt was made to implicate a family driver in this accident. Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said that we are investigating these things and will take action against those who made such attempts under Section 201 (destruction of evidence) of the IPC. We are also investigating under whose pressure the driver gave this statement. 

3. Two police officers suspended

Pune Police Chief says that in the internal investigation, some policemen have committed lapses while registering the case and action will be taken against them. On Friday itself, the Police Inspector and Assistant Police Inspector posted at Yerawada Police Station have been suspended. These are the same two officers who reached the spot immediately after the incident. But both of them did not inform their seniors and the control room about the matter. 

4. Minor was driving the car: Police

Police say that during our investigation it has come to light that the minor was driving the car and we have collected all the necessary evidence. For example, when the minor left the house, according to the security register, he left with his car. Technical and CCTV evidence has also confirmed that the minor was driving the car. Apart from this, eyewitnesses have confirmed that the minor was driving the car.

5. The minor accused was conscious: Police

Pune Police Commissioner says that the accused minor was conscious at the time of the accident. He also said that he was fully aware that driving in a drunken state can lead to such accidents and can result in loss of lives. It was not that the minor driver was so drunk that he was not able to understand anything. 

6. Blood report is not the only basis: Police

The police have claimed that they have CCTV footage of the accused drinking alcohol in the pub before the accident. That is, the blood report is not the only basis for this accident. We have other evidence as well. On the blood report of the accused, the police have said that we have not yet received the report. We have also requested the forensics to take DNA samples.

7. The court had granted bail on these conditions

In the Pune Porsche car accident, the biggest uproar has been over the conditions imposed by the court while granting bail. The conditions imposed by the court while granting bail to the minor accused are-

A. The minor accused will help the traffic police by standing with them at the intersection for 15 days. Also, after understanding the traffic rules properly, he will prepare a report and submit it to the RTO.

B. The minor accused will have to write an essay of 300 words on road accidents and their solutions.

C. To get rid of alcohol addiction, a minor will have to undergo treatment from psychiatric experts. 

D. If he sees such an accident in the future then he will have to help the accident victims.
