Prime Minister Narendra Modi's plane stayed in Pakistan for about 46 minutes while going to France. This created a stir among Pakistani officials. Pakistan had banned its airspace after PM Modi removed Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir in 2019. However, the ban was lifted a few months ago.

Islamabad: While flying from New Delhi to France, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's plane entered Pakistan on the way. PM Modi's plane remained in Pakistan's aerospace for about 46 minutes. This created a stir in Islamabad. Pakistan's ARY News has given this information. ARY News, citing civil aviation sources, reported that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's plane used Pakistan's airspace during his trip from New Delhi to Paris.

According to the report, PM Narendra Modi's plane "India 1" entered Pakistani territory from Sheikhpura, Hafizabad, Chakwal and Kohat and remained in Pakistan territory for 46 minutes. Sources close to the developments further said that the Indian PM's plane was allowed because the Afghan airspace was closed. This is not the first time that Indian PM Narendra Modi's plane has used Pakistani airspace. In August last year, Modi's plane also used Pakistan's airspace during his trip from Poland to Delhi.
