Pick up the suit, come straight to live in the house… Yes, the housing scheme launched by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) this time. You are getting such an offer in it. Actually, DDA has introduced 'Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana-2025', in which people are getting Ready-2-Move In flats. In this scheme, DDA is also offering a special discount of up to 25 percent to some people.

In this scheme of DDA, limited flats of EWS, LIG, MTG and HIG categories are being offered in Loknayak Puram, Sirsapur and Narela of Delhi. The opportunity to book a house in this scheme is only till March 31, 2025.

You will get full 25 percent discount

According to the DDA circular, flats of EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and LIG (Low Income Group) category are available in Loknayakpuram, Sirsapuram and Narela. Whereas MIG (Middle Income Group) and HIG (High Income Group) flats are also available in Loknayakpuram and Narela.

If someone is an auto rickshaw driver or cab driver registered with the Delhi Transport Department before 31 December 2024, then DDA will offer him up to 25 percent discount on the price of EWS and LIG flats in Loknayakpuram, Sirsapur and Narela. This discount will also be available to people registered in PM Swanidhi Scheme, women, widows of martyred soldiers, ex-servicemen, gallantry award and Arjuna awardees, Divyang, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe people.

Whereas for MIG and HIG flats in Narela and Loknayakpuram, this discount will be available only to women, widows of martyred soldiers, ex-servicemen, gallantry award and Arjuna awardees, differently-abled, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe people.

Lottery will not open, buy the flat of your choice

There is no lottery system to allocate flats to people in this housing scheme. Rather, it is based on the concept of 'first come, first served'. In such a situation, before buying a house, you can go and see the flat of your choice and then book it directly to buy it. If you want to book a flat, then you will have to book it for Rs 50 thousand for EWS category, Rs 1 lakh for LIG, Rs 4 lakh for MIG and Rs 10 lakh for HIG flat. The booking amount will be non-refundable.

According to different categories, the price of these flats ranges from Rs 11.54 lakh to Rs 1.74 crore. While with discount, their price ranges from Rs 8.65 lakh to Rs 1.29 crore. You will get detailed information about this on the official site of DDA eservices.dda.org.in/sabkagharscheme2025 .
