Today is the second day of the special session of Parliament. From today, Parliament proceedings will be held in the new Parliament House. 

Let us tell you that the proceedings of the House on September 18 were held in the old Parliament House, but from today the proceedings of the House will be held in the new Parliament House. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will enter the new building with a copy of the Constitution. 

According to media reports, during this time, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will also deliver his address in the Central Hall of the new building. Let us tell you that according to the functioning of the Parliament, the new Parliament building has been made very hi-tech. Separate offices have been created for important work. Hi-tech offices have been built for MPs, ministers and employees.

According to media reports, on the second day of the special session, a program will be organized in the Central Hall to take a pledge to make India a developed nation by 2047. This program which will last for about one and a half hour will start with the national anthem. 

In the new Parliament House, the proceedings of the Lok Sabha will begin at 1.15 pm and the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha will begin at 2.15 pm. In the special session, former PM Dr. Manmohan Singh, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MP Shibu Soren and BJP MP Maneka Gandhi have been invited to address in the Central Hall.
