PAN-Aadhaar Link: Now the central government has given so much time to link PAN card with Aadhaar

If you have not yet been able to link your PAN card with your Aadhaar, then there is no need to worry. Now the last date for linking PAN cards with Aadhaar has been extended by the Central Government.

According to reports, the Central Board of Direct Taxes i.e. CBDT has now extended the last date for linking PAN with Aadhaar to June 30, 2023. 

Earlier, the last date for linking PAN cards with Aadhaar was March 31, 2023. Let us tell you that the deadline for linking PAN with Aadhaar has been extended for the fifth time by the CBDT.

According to section 139RR of the Income Tax Act 1961, it is very important to link an Aadhaar card with a PAN card. If someone does not do this work till 30, then their PAN card will become useless.
