Our government gave 50 percent reservation to women on all posts in Panchayat Raj institutions: Vasundhara Raje

Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje has praised the work done during her tenure while targeting the Ashok Gehlot government of the state in the inauguration program of Parivartan Sankalp Yatra-3 by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in Jaisalmer.

National Vice President of Bharatiya Jatana Party Vasundhara Rose tweeted in this regard that on one hand it is Gehlot ji's government, on the other hand it was our government, which started the Bhamashah scheme to make women the head of the household. Gave 50 percent reservation to women in all posts in Panchayat Raj institutions. Started cycle, scooty and Rajshree scheme to promote girl child education.

In this area, our government had done works like Pokaran-Phalsund-Siwana drinking water lift project, Pokaran College and Women's College, pedestrian path for Ramdevra Yatris. Which has been destroyed by the Congress government. In 2003, Marwar gave us 23 out of 31 seats. Whereas in 2013, 30 out of 33 seats were given. This was not my government or BJP's government, but the government of all of us.
