However, her online activism took a toll on her administrative work and gradually she fell behind in her work.

When DC Mandi Apurva Devgan visited Dharampur subdivision, he reviewed the work of the Revenue Department. During this, negligence was found in the work of many officers and employees. Under this, SDM Dharampur Joginder Patiyal issued notices to the concerned officials following the instructions of the DC. Oshin Sharma was also one of those officers who received notices for delay and negligence in work. The main purpose of this notice is to bring about administrative reforms and speed up the work.

Action against other officials too

This notice is not limited to Oshin Sharma only. Such notices have also been issued to other officers and employees of Dharmpur subdivision who delayed or showed negligence in their work. DC Mandi has made it clear that all officers and employees should complete their work on time and expedite matters related to public interest. This makes it clear that laxity in administrative work will not be tolerated at any level.
