Mother-in-law came home after the birth of the child

Talking to 'Aaj Tak', Atul Subhash's father said that Atul got married to Nikita Singhania in April 2019. After this, both of them also went to Mauritius for a honeymoon and then in 2020, the grandson was born. He told me that my wife also went to Bangalore to take care of the grandson and stayed there for a few days. She had diabetes, so in 2021 Atul's mother-in-law also reached Bangalore. From here the situation got worse.

Case filed for not paying money

Atul's father claimed that his mother-in-law asked for Rs 18 lakh to buy a house in Jaunpur, UP, which Atul gave. Later she again started asking for Rs 20 lakh. Atul refused to give and said that I would not be able to give more money without the permission of the family. After this, Atul's mother-in-law immediately went back to Jaunpur with her grandson and wife. Later in January 2023, she filed a case in court. On the allegations of dowry, Atul's father replied that no money was taken for dowry at the time of marriage.
