This incident happened late Sunday night in Ratour village on the Narayangarh-Raipurani border of Ambala. Retired army man Bhushan, who lives in this village, currently works as an animal attendant. His younger brother Harish also lived in the village with his family. His parents also lived with his younger brother. The accused's father Omprakash said that there was a dispute going on between the two brothers for about two years over two acres of land. There had been fights between the two brothers many times in this dispute, despite this the problem was not resolved.

Sunday night incident

In the same sequence, the accused entered the house of his younger son armed with weapons along with some people from his in-laws' house at around 10 pm on Sunday night. After this, the accused slit the throat of anyone who came in front of him. When his mother came to intervene, the accused killed her too. The accused even attacked him with intent to kill, but he managed to escape from there after seeing the opportunity. The accused of this incident dragged all the bodies and placed them on the shuttering wood and tried to set them on fire.

Father was also attacked with lethal weapons

According to the accused father, he called the police while running away. After this, the police reached the spot and caught the accused. According to the police, in this incident, the accused slit the throat of his younger brother Harish, his wife Sonia, five-year-old daughter Yashika and six-month-old son Mayank as well as his mother Saroopi. In this incident, the accused also attacked his younger brother's eight-year-old daughter Pari and his father Omprakash. However, his father escaped in this attack.

There was also an attempt to burn the bodies

After this incident, the accused tried to set the bodies on fire by sprinkling diesel on them. Police said that after the incident, Pari and Omprakash were taken to the hospital, from where both were referred to Chandigarh. Where Pari died during treatment, while Omprakash's treatment is going on. Police said that the main accused Bhushan has been arrested from the spot. Some other suspects have also been taken into custody and are being questioned.
