White Sesame - 1 cup
Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp
Jaggery - 1 cup (grated)
Method of making
Fry the sesame seeds in the pan while stirring continuously.
Now heat ghee in a pan and cook the jaggery in it by stirring continuously till it melts.
After melting the jaggery, cook it on low flame till it becomes thick.
When the jaggery becomes thick, add sesame seeds and mix them.
Grease a plate or paper with ghee and let it cool while spreading the mixture.
After the mixture cools down, cut it into a square shape with the help of a knife.
Your sesame chikki is ready.
Serve it to the guests and enjoy eating it yourself.
