The Supreme Court has given its verdict regarding the ongoing case between former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and the Shinde government. This decision came in the Shiv Sena Uddhav faction vs Shiv Sena Shinde faction dispute. The court said that if Uddhav Thackeray had not resigned, he could have been reinstated in his old position.

But he resigned without a floor test. The court has sent the matter to a larger bench for hearing. The court considered the decision of Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari wrong in this matter. Along with this, the decision of Speaker Rahul Narvekar was also considered wrong.

By the way, the court said in this matter that the decision taken by the then Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari was completely against the constitution. By the way, even though Uddhav may have got relief after this, he will also have regrets. Had Uddhav Thackeray not resigned at that time, perhaps a coup could have taken place in Maharashtra today.
