Love Jihad: The girl described the pain from friendship to the end of the relationship

A tribal girl in the Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh has exposed a serious case of love jihad, in which a young man sexually exploited her on the pretext of marriage and blackmailed her by making a video. Police have registered a case against the accused and her friend.

Mohsin made physical relations with the girl by changing his name. During this time, he made an obscene video of the girl and kept raping her by blackmailing her. Now the girl has registered a case against Mohsin Multani. The girl says that the accused started blackmailing her by making an obscene video without her consent and also threatened to kill her.

How did the matter come to light?

The victim said that about three years ago she met the accused Pradeep Solanki alias Mohsin Multani through her friend Sunita Jamre who worked in a bakery and told her that Mohsin was a Hindu. After some time, the girl came to know that the real name of the accused is Mohsin Multani and he is a Muslim. When the girl tried to break off relations with the accused, the accused started blackmailing her with the help of her obscene videos. Due to this, the girl became very upset. 

A case was registered against the accused and her friend

According to Kotwali police station in-charge BL Mandloi, the police have registered a case against the accused Mohsin Multani under the Religious Freedom Act, rape and SC-ST Act. The accused has now been arrested from Manawar in Dhar district and is being brought to Khargone. Also, the role of the girl's friend is also being investigated, who had given wrong information to the girl about the accused.

Police action and further investigation

The police have assured that strict action will be taken against the culprits in this serious case and the investigation of the entire case is going on. This incident has shaken the social and cultural consciousness of the state and the police are trying to get the accused punished by gathering solid evidence. All evidence is being collected for this. The victim says that when I complained to the Segaon police station, they sent him to Khargone. Somehow I gathered courage and reached the police station with my father and brother, I wanted justice.
