Lok Sabha elections: So many people voted in Jaipur on the fifth day of home voting

Home voting is underway in Rajasthan before the first phase of voting to be held on April 19. On Tuesday, the fifth day of home voting, a large number of people again voted in the Jaipur Lok Sabha constituency. On Tuesday, 95.56 per cent of voters in Jaipur city and 95.63 per cent in Jaipur Rural Lok Sabha seat, voters above 85 years of age and more than 40 per cent disabled voters exercised their franchise.

Deputy District Election Officer Neelima Takshak has given this information. He said that on the fifth day of home voting, 129 out of 135 voters exercised their franchise in the Malviya Nagar assembly constituency included in the Jaipur Lok Sabha constituency. 6 voters could not vote due to absence.

Deputy District Election Officer Neelima Takshak said that out of a total of 458 voters registered for home voting on the fifth day in Jaipur Rural Lok Sabha constituency, 438 voters exercised their franchise. Two voters could not vote due to death and 18 voters were absent.
