Union Home Minister Amit Shah is on a two-day visit to Rajasthan on Sunday to campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Former national president of Bharatiya Janata Party Amit Shah will be on a visit to Jodhpur in the state today.

BJP has once again staked the post of Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat from the seat of Jodhpur parliamentary constituency. Bharatiya Janata Party has fielded him as a candidate for the third time. After this, he will face Karan Singh Uchirada of Congress. Home Minister Amit Shah will give the basic mantra of a hat-trick of victory to the workers in Jodhpur today.

During this time, he will also review the election preparations in the Lok Sabha seats of Jodhpur as well as Pali, Jalore-Sirohi, and Barmer-Jaisalmer. CM Bhajan Lal Sharma will also be present on the Jodhpur tour along with Amit Shah. He will attend Lok Sabha Joint Core Committee meeting in Jodhpur. After this, Shakti Kendra Convenor Conference will be organized at Polo Ground ground at around 11 am.
