Kejriwal vs LG: The dispute between the government and the LG regarding the transfer of the officer increased again, the SC had given its decision a day earlier.

Transfer-posting will be done according to the state government. Following this order, CM Arvind Kejriwal had given the transfer of service secretary Ashish More.

In this case, the Delhi government has once again alleged that the LG has put a hold on the transfer of Ashish More. The Delhi government says that the central government is not taking the initiative to transfer its service secretary.
