Reacting to the statement of BJP's Mandi MP Kangana Ranaut on the three agricultural laws, Congress leader and Deputy Leader of Rajya Sabha Pramod Tiwari retorted that Kangana said what is in the mind of the entire BJP. Tiwari claimed that the day the BJP becomes strong, these people will bring back these three black laws. Talking to the media, Pramod Tiwari said that after all, who is Kangana Ranaut, should be told, this is the same Kangana who was given an award by the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, who made a film on Indira Gandhi.

Pramod Tiwari said about Kangana that she is the same person whom Modi government was very happy to give Padma award Padma Shri during its tenure. She is the same person who is making a film on Indira Gandhi on Emergency and there are many discussions about how the film is being made and who is financing it. The Congress MP said that Kangana is very close to the top leadership of BJP, who was taken out of Mumbai and taken to Mandi. She was made to contest elections in Himachal Pradesh, from Modi ji to the lower level leaders, everyone lined up to campaign for her, to make her win.

The Congress MP claimed that the day the Bharatiya Janata Party becomes powerful and will not be dependent on others, it will bring these three black laws on that day. Kangana Ranaut has said what is in the BJP's mind. Warning the BJP, she said that the BJP should know, recognize, understand, and note that as long as there is a Congress and India alliance, they will not allow these three black laws to be brought against the farmers.

Kangana Ranaut, Lok Sabha MP from Mandi seat, had demanded that the central government should bring back the 3 agricultural laws that were withdrawn after massive protests. These three laws were in the interest of the farmers and they should demand to bring them back. However, Kangana Ranaut herself said that there may be controversy over her statement, but it should be implemented.
