The terrorists' masters sitting across the border got a resident brutally murdered in the Poonch area. After this, the Air Force convoy was attacked so that the atmosphere of peace could be disturbed. 

Crackdown on suspected terrorists intensified

It is feared that now a similar attempt may be made in Kashmir also. Input has been received that terrorists are planning to carry out nefarious plans in the valley. After this input, security personnel are continuing the crackdown on terrorists and their supporters in Kashmir Valley. Within the last week, security forces in the valley killed three terrorists including the TRF commander in a joint operation. Along with this, 6 terrorists and their supporters were arrested along with weapons. Narcotics worth crores of rupees and lakhs of cash were also recovered from them.

Lok Sabha elections will be held in Kashmir in 3 phases

He said that the police, along with other security forces, have increased deployment at inter-district checkposts. It is being ensured that there is no atmosphere of fear and terror during voting. It is being told that in the coming days, search operations and area domination will be intensified in Kashmir so that anti-peace elements can be kept away.

Let us tell you that voting in the Srinagar Lok Sabha constituency will be held on May 13. After that, voting will be held in Baramulla Lok Sabha constituency on 20th May. After this, voting will be held in Anantnag-Rajouri Lok Sabha constituency of South Kashmir on 25th May.
