The Judicial Magistrate Court of Jaipur Metro II on Tuesday (11 February) has ordered to register a case against retired IAS Ramdhan Meena. He has ordered to register a case of obstruction in government work.
In this case, the lawyer of conductor Ghanshyam Sharma said that after buying the ticket, the passenger travelled till the next station instead of getting down at the designated place. In such a situation, when the conductor cut the passenger's ticket and asked for 10 rupees, an argument started. During this, he also slapped him. The passenger obstructed government work, action should be taken against him.
Let us tell you that on January 10, there was a fight between the conductor and the retired IAS in the Jaipur floor bus, the video of which went viral on social media. According to the information received, the retired IAS had to get down at Kanota bus stand on Agra Road but he fell asleep. At the same time, when he asked to stop the bus, the bus conductor asked him for 10 rupees and issued a ticket but the retired IAS did not give the money and a fight broke out between the two.
After this, JCTSL suspended the conductor who assaulted the bus conductor. Also, Rajasthan Police investigated the video, which revealed that first there was an argument between the retired IAS officer and the bus conductor over money and then there was a scuffle between the two. Now, in this case, the court has ordered to register a case against the retired IAS.
