Is your name in the UPSC rejected list? Check it this way

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the list of rejected applicants for the Civil Services Prelims Exam 2025. The commission said that the bank has not confirmed the payment of ₹ 100 examination fee for these forms. Due to this, the Union Public Service Commission has rejected the forms of a total of 43 candidates for not paying the examination fee.
A notice has been issued by the UPSC stating that in respect of your application for the Civil Services (Prelims) Examination, 2025, confirmation has not been received by the bank officials regarding the receipt of ₹ 100 / - examination fee in the case of 43 candidates. These forms have been rejected by the candidates as per the notification issued by the Commission on 21.01.2025.
When to appeal
Candidates have been informed that they can appeal against the rejected forms till March 17, 2025. For this, they will have to show the original hard copy of the relevant documents like system generated challan, debit/credit card statement or bank account transaction. The appeal should be sent by speed post or in person to Sumati Kiran, Deputy Secretary, UPSC.

The commission has requested all the candidates to send their appeal only after following the entire process and completing it within the given time. Apart from this, candidates have been advised to visit the official website of the Union Public Service Commission for more information. Candidates will keep getting all the latest information there.
In this case, candidates have to ensure that their fee payment is done correctly and if there is any problem, they should appeal in time. UPSC also said that if any problem or discrepancy is found related to fee payment, candidates will be given a last chance so that candidates can appear in the exam.
