Income Tax Return: Central Narendra Modi government has now given this relief

The Narendra Modi government at the Center has given great relief to companies regarding filing income tax returns and submitting audit reports. The government has extended the deadline for this. The Finance Ministry has issued a statement giving this information.

The statement said that the deadline for filing income tax returns has been extended by one month to November 30. Apart from this, the last date for submission of audit report has also been extended for companies which need to get their accounts audited. Now this date has also been extended by one month to 31st October. 

The Finance Ministry said in the statement that the deadline for filing income tax return in Form ITR-7 for the assessment year 2023-24 has been extended from October 31, 2023 to November 30, 2023.
