How many educated MPs are there in which party

The educational profile of the newly elected MPs in the 18th Lok Sabha has revealed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which has won the highest number of 240 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, has 64 MPs who are graduates and 49 are postgraduates.

The Congress party has won 99 seats. Among its elected MPs, 24 are graduates, 27 are post-graduates, and 21 MPs are professional graduates who have a professional graduate degree.

A Janata Dal-United (JDU) MP has emerged as the only educated MP in the new Lok Sabha with the lowest educational qualification.

40 BJP MPs are 5th to 12th pass

Talking about educational qualifications, the education level of 105 MPs is from class 5 to class 12. BJP is at the top of this list with 40 MPs falling in the category of 5 to 12 passes. Congress is in second place with 19 MPs.

The oldest party Congress has no MP with an educational qualification less than the 10th standard. This list also includes members of various parties like Samajwadi Party (SP) with 6 MPs and Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) with 4 MPs.
