How did BJP lose in Ayodhya where Ram Lalla's temple is located? Know what was the strategy of the Samajwadi Party

After the consecration of Ram Mandir, there was a plan to garner votes in the name of Hindutva across the country. But BJP's experiment did not work in Ayodhya. Why and how did the BJP lose in Faizabad? Whereas the consecration of Ram Mandir was done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. RSS and BJP together made lakhs of people visit the temple.

From where Ram Lalla's temple is located, a wind of changing the constitution started blowing. This wind later turned into a storm. Many big faces of the BJP were swept away in the elections. This time a slogan was very popular in Ayodhya. Neither Ayodhya nor Kashi, this time Awadhesh Pasi. Samajwadi Party's Awadhesh Prasad belongs to the Pasi caste among Dalits. His supporters kept raising this slogan throughout the election. BJP's temple glory and brand Modi's magic did not work in front of this slogan. After the consecration of Ram temple, there was a plan to garner votes in the name of Hindutva across the country. But BJP's experiment did not work only in Ayodhya. Ayodhya is a part of Faizabad Lok Sabha seat in UP. There is also an assembly seat named Ayodhya.

Why and how did the BJP lose in Faizabad? Prime Minister Narendra Modi conducted the consecration of Ram Mandir. RSS and BJP together made lakhs of people visit the temple. PM Modi conducted a roadshow in Ayodhya. He also visited the house of a Dalit woman Meera Manjhi. This was considered a big political message. UP CM Yogi Adityanath also conducted two election rallies here. But the party of Ram devotees, BJP, lost the election on the birthplace of Ram Lalla.

Last time there was an alliance between the Samajwadi Party and BSP. Despite this, BJP candidate Lallu Singh won by 65 thousand votes. This time he lost to the Samajwadi Party by 54 thousand votes. BJP's defeat in Faizabad is the biggest. Ram temple has been an issue for the BJP for the last several decades. It has been mentioned in every election manifesto of the party. But when Ram temple was built, the party lost.

Akhilesh did a big experiment in Faizabad

Akhilesh Yadav did a big experiment in Faizabad. He fielded a Dalit candidate on a general Lok Sabha seat. He did a similar experiment in Meerut as well. But Ram from the Ramayana serial, that is Arun Govil, won the election. But Lallu Singh got stuck in Faizabad. Lord Ram's grace was such. Akhilesh Yadav came to Faizabad twice to campaign. Once while referring to Awadhesh Prasad, he called him a former MLA. Later, while handling the mike, Akhilesh said you are going to become an MP, that is why I told you so.

Post-ticket-friendly social engineering

After giving a ticket to Awadhesh Prasad, favorable social engineering was done for him. Leaders of different castes were given tickets on all the neighboring seats. Lalchi Verma of the Kurmi community was fielded from Ambedkar Nagar while a leader of the Nishad community got a ticket from Sultanpur. Whereas BJP fielded Thakur and Brahmin leaders on the neighboring seats of Faizabad. Samajwadi Party already had Muslim and Yadav votes. Kurmi-Patel, Nishad, and Dalit votes were also added to these. In the name of saving the constitution and reservation, Mayawati's supporters Jatav voters also supported the Samajwadi Party. They felt that the BSP was not able to fight, so they became allies of the Samajwadi Party to defeat the BJP.

People were angry about land acquisition

In Faizabad, Dalits are 26 percent, Muslims are 14 percent, Kurmis are 12 percent, Brahmins are 12 percent and Yadavs are also 12 percent. BJP candidate Lallu Singh belongs to the Thakur community. He was also an MP from here in the years 2014 and 2019. But this time there was a lot of opposition to him. Party people were demanding to change the candidate. But this did not happen. After the construction of the temple in Ayodhya, a lot of development work was done. However, there is a lot of anger among the local people regarding land acquisition. They feel that they were cheated in exchange for compensation. Local social equations and anti-incumbency of the BJP candidate hoisted the flag of the Samajwadi Party in Ramlala's house.
