Born on 21 May 1996, Arsh Dalla is a resident of Dalla village in Moga district of Punjab. He first entered the world of crime in 2016. The first case registered against Dalla, who was just 20 years old, was of snatching a gun from a security guard in a bank. Dalla has a passport issued on 1 September 2017 from the Regional Passport Office of Jalandhar, which is valid till 31 August 2027.

Goldie Brar made Lawrence his friend

Arsh Dalla's criminal journey began with petty thefts and snatching. Gradually, he got involved in serious crimes like extortion and murder. By the year 2018, his dominance in Punjab started increasing. Seeing his growing influence, Lawrence Bishnoi's close associate Goldie Brar contacted him and convinced him to work with him.

First Bishnoi gang and then terrorist Nijjar

After this, Dalla started working for the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. He carried out many big crimes in Punjab. His name started appearing in serious crimes like extortion and murder. Meanwhile, Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar's eyes fell on Dalla. Nijjar contacted him and made him join his side. From here, Dalla started working for Nijjar.

Dalla was hiding in Canada for 4 years

As his name and influence grew, the police's grip tightened. The police were constantly raiding to arrest him. To avoid getting caught by the police, Dalla fled to Canada in 2020. After going to Canada, he was living in British Columbia with his wife and daughter.

Joined hands with terrorist organizations

After coming to Canada, Arsh Dalla also met terrorists of the banned terrorist organization Sikhs for Justice, the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, and Lashkar-e-Taiba. Apart from this, he has been involved in the smuggling of arms, ammunition, explosives, and improvised explosive devices from Pakistan for other banned organizations like Babbar Khalsa International, Khalistan Liberation Force and International Sikh Youth.

Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar took responsibility for this murder through a Facebook post. In the post, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang wrote that Sukha was involved in the murder of Gurlal Brar and Vicky Middukhera. He was also plotting to kill other members of the gang. The gang has warned that if anyone targets the members of their group, then revenge will be taken. From here, the enmity between Arsh Dalla and Lawrence Bishnoi started.

How many cases are registered against Dalla?

According to our associate newspaper Times of India, 67 cases are registered against Arsh Dalla in 14 districts of Punjab. Most of these cases are registered under murder, attempt to murder, extortion and Arms Act. Two cases have also been handed over to NIA. Dalla is accused of plotting to murder many big people in the country, especially in Punjab. The maximum number of 23 cases are registered against him in Moga. After this, 7 cases are registered in Bathinda, 5 in Ludhiana, and 4 in Mohali.

Responsibility for the murder of Congress leader

FIRs were also registered against Dalla in Sangrur, Ferozepur, Amritsar, Mansa, Barnala, Khanna, Fazilka, Gurdaspur, Tarn Taran, Ropar, Nawanshahr, Faridkot and Muktsar. He has been declared a fugitive in 11 cases. In September 2023, Dalla also claimed responsibility for the murder of local Congress leader Baljinder Singh Balli in the Moga district of Punjab.
