A teacher dismissed from his job after a legal battle of 31 years has shaken the entire system. On the complaint of the dismissed teacher, the court has ordered the confiscation of the collector's vehicle and the Zila Parishad building.

After this, the dismissed teacher fought a court battle, won the court and got reinstated in the job. But now for recovery of money, the court has ordered the attachment of the vehicle of the District Collector, the vehicle of the District Council CEO and the District Council Bhawan.

Mahesh Chand Sharma, who was working as a government teacher for 31 years in 1992, was expelled from his job by the development officer on the pretext of having a fake B.Ed degree and a case was registered in the police station. Challenging this case, the teacher knocked on the doors of the DEO, High Court and Supreme Court. After being reinstated, he was not given any money or pension along with not giving him an appointment.

After this, the victim filed an agreement with ACJ-1. After that, ACJ-1 ordered the attachment of the Zila Parishad building along with the vehicles of the District Collector and Zila Parishad CEO to recover the amount of more than Rs 86 lakhs due to the government. To execute the warrant, the cell Amin reached the Zila Parishad building where the attachment orders were pasted and the orders could not be pasted as the vehicles of the District Collector and Zila Parishad CEO were not available. This action will be taken at a later date.

The victim teacher Mahesh Chand Sharma said that I was working as a teacher in Bengal Dadu village of Panchayat Samiti Kumher. I had a permanent job and the development officer of the Panchayat Samiti expelled me from the job on 1 December 1992 without giving any notice. The reason given for expulsion from the job was a fake B.Ed degree and a case was registered against me in the police.

The victim's teacher said- when the government did not listen to his problem, he filed a complaint in court.

When my B. Ed degree was investigated, it was found to be correct and even after being reinstated by the DEO court, I was not given the appointment. The matter was taken to the High Court and the Supreme Court. I was acquitted by these courts as well. After this, I was neither given any money nor any pension. When my plea was not heard by the government, I applied with the Senior Civil Judge, Bharatpur 1, about 6 years ago.

After this, Senior Civil Judge Bharatpur 1 ordered to seizure of the building of Zila Parishad along with the vehicle of District Collector and District Council Chief Executive Officer for recovery of money. For compliance which, Amin has pasted the attachment order on the Zila Parishad building. Whereas if the vehicles of the District Collector and District Council CEO are not found, attachment orders will be posted on the next date.

Cell Amin Vikas Anand Sharma said that retired teacher Mahesh Chand Sharma owes the government tax of Rs 86 lakh 51 thousand 726.
