When the video went viral, the police started searching for the boys. The police then found out that this accident happened due to the boys' own mistake. The police then filed a case against these five youths and challenged them. Along with this, the car was also challenged and seized. Also, the boys have been sent to jail for this.

Police said that a speeding uncontrolled car fell into the canal on 25 September in the Chakia Kotwali area of ​​Chandauli. Five youths from the Mughalsarai Kotwali area were traveling in this car, who had gone for a picnic. The car that fell into the canal was floating like a straw in the water, the video of which also went viral. Their lives were saved by the villagers and policemen present there at the time of the accident. Later, the police got the car that fell into the canal and pulled out with the help of a crane.

But a new twist came to light in this case on 27 September. According to the police, during the investigation, it has come to light that this accident happened due to stunting. The youth in the car were doing stunts and were driving at a very high speed while turning at the turn. Due to this, this accident happened. Then the police took action against them.
