In a village of Bidhuna police station area here, a 12-year-old innocent girl was raped for a year by her grandfather, father and uncle. This was revealed when the innocent girl became 2 months pregnant. When the grandfather, father and uncle who had become monsters came to know about the girl being pregnant, they started planning to kill her.

As soon as she got the news of this, the girl reached the police station with her aunt. The police also got scared after hearing about the girl's ordeal. A case has been registered against the three on her complaint. According to the police, after getting the girl medically examined, all three accused have been arrested. The POCSO Act has also been imposed against the accused. The police said that the accused have been sent to judicial custody and further investigation is being done.

This is how it was discovered that the innocent girl was two months pregnant

Due to the bad behaviour of the family members, the victim's mother lives in Delhi. The victim reached the police station with her aunt and was informed about this heinous act. When the police got the innocent girl medically examined, it was found that she was two months pregnant. According to the police, there is a lot of anger among the villagers since the incident came to light. The police are maintaining peace there.

The victim told everything to the police

The victim reached the police station and told the police that her father, grandfather and uncle used to sexually abuse her mother, due to which her mother had taken her to Delhi some time ago. Some time ago her father and uncle reached Delhi and brought her to the village with them. It is alleged that for about a year, Baba often used to find her alone in the field, uncle alone in the room and her father tied her hands and legs and forcibly started torturing her.

They threatened to kill her if she told anything to anyone. Due to this, she did not tell anything to anyone and kept tolerating everything. Recently she came to know that she was two months pregnant. When the three accused came to know about this, they started beating her. They started planning to kill her. Meanwhile, the teenager gathered courage and went to her aunt's house in Dibiyapur and told her everything. After this, on Thursday, the aunt took the minor along with her to the police station and registered a report.

What did the police say?

Giving information, Additional Superintendent of Police Alok Mishra said that on 27 December 2024, a case was registered under the rape and POCSO Act based on a complaint received from a victim under the Bidhuna police station of Auraiya district. In which the victim said that her family members including Baba, her father and her uncle have been physically exploiting her for the last several months.

In connection with the above, the medical examination of the victim is being done. Prima facie it is coming to light that the victim is two months pregnant. All three accused, Baba, father and uncle have been arrested. They are being presented before the court. Other legal proceedings and tests are being conducted.
