Government Scheme: Only these women get the benefit of the Namo Drone Didi Scheme

Many types of welfare schemes are being run by the Central Government in the interest of women. One of these schemes is the Namo Drone Didi Scheme. Through this scheme, women are taught how to use drones in agricultural work.

Today we are going to tell you on what basis women are selected to avail the benefits of the Namo Drone Didi Scheme. This scheme was started by the Modi government at the Center in November 2023 to empower women and give them more employment opportunities. To avail of the benefits of the Drone Didi Scheme, certain eligibility has to be fulfilled.

The Central Government has set a target of training more than 15,000 women in self-help groups under this scheme. To join the scheme, women must be active members of the group themselves. The age of the beneficiary woman must be between 18 to 37 years.
