Government scheme: Now farmers will get eight thousand rupees annually, not six rupees in PM Kisan Yojana

Good news has come for the farmers of Rajasthan. There is good news for farmers regarding PM Kisan Yojana. The news is that now the farmers of the state will get eight thousand rupees annually under the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has announced this while replying to the debate on the Governor's address in the Assembly. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal said during the meeting that the state government had announced to increase in the Kisan Samman Nidhi in its resolution letter.

Following this, a decision has been taken to increase the amount under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi in the state from Rs 6 thousand to Rs 8 thousand. This will put an additional financial burden of Rs 1300 crore on the state government. It will be increased to Rs 12 thousand in a phased manner.

It is noteworthy that till now, under the scheme, financial assistance of Rs. 6,000 is being given to the farmers every year in three instalments of Rs. 2,000 each. Now farmers will get eight thousand rupees annually.
