Government scheme: In this scheme women get free gas connection and cylinder, know this

Many types of schemes are being run by the Central Government and State Governments for the women of the country. PM Ujjwala Yojana is also one of these. Under this scheme of the Central Government, women are given free gas connections and cylinders.

Women above 18 years of age can avail the benefits of this scheme. The special thing is that under the scheme, a total of three cylinders are given to the woman for free. Those women who fall below the poverty line can apply for PM Ujjwala Yojana 2.0. Apart from these, only women belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Most Backward Class and Tribal category can apply for the scheme.

There is no fee of any kind to apply for this. This is an important scheme of the Central Government. A large number of women have benefited under this.
