Ghaziabad: Brother had physical relations with minor, minor gave birth to a child in hospital; student filed FIR
A student from a colony in Delhi has filed a report accusing her brother (father's elder brother's son) living in Loni of rape. After the rape, the student gave birth to a child in a hospital in Delhi.
Delhi Police reached the hospital after getting information and filed a report. Since the incident took place in Loni, the case has been transferred here. Police will take further action after getting the girl medically examined to determine her age.
Came home on holidays
In the FIR lodged, a student from a colony in Delhi said that she was a student of class 9. She lives with her aunt. During vacations, she used to visit her aunt (father's elder brother's wife) who lives in Loni. In March 2024, during school vacations, she came to her aunt's house in Loni.
Accused of having sexual relations
It is alleged that her own brother had physical relations with her and asked her not to tell anyone. In December, when she had stomach pain, she was taken to the hospital, where she gave birth to a child. The police control room was informed by the hospital.
After getting the information, the police did counselling and registered a case. When the investigation revealed that the case was from Loni, it was transferred here. The police have registered a report here.
What did the police say?
Assistant Police Commissioner Ankur Vihar Bhaskar Verma said that a report has been filed under the rape and POCSO Act. A letter will be written to the CMO on Monday to determine the age of the girl and a medical examination will be done by a panel. CWC was also informed. Further action is being taken.
A fibre shed collapsed during a program in a farmhouse, and two injured
During a program going on at Vrindavan Greens Farm House in Arthala of Kotwali area on Sunday, a fibre shed collapsed. Repair work on the fibre shed was going on at the time of the accident. Two people were injured in the accident. They are undergoing treatment.
