When the girl was taken to a government hospital, it was found that she was pregnant. In such a situation, without delay, the family complained about this matter. The police registered a case against the youth under sections 376 (1), 506, 363, 4 POCSO Act. The police are currently engaged in searching for the youth. The accused is said to be a resident of Azad Nagar police station area. The victim said in her statement that she is 15 years old and studies in 10th class. A few months ago, she had talked to a young man. He is said to be a resident of a village in Azad Nagar police station area of ​​Hisar. In June 2024, the youth had called the student.

Despite protest, the accused youth raped her

Presenting her side, the student said that when she reached Jindal Chowk, the young man made her sit on a seat and took her to an old house in Surya Nagar of the HTM police station area. There the young man raped her. When the girl protested against this, the accused young man did not listen to her. Later he also threatened to kill her. That is why she did not tell this to anyone.
