Former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh to leave the Congress party?

Former Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has given a big statement today amid the ruckus in Punjab Congress. According to reports, former Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh has made it clear that he will leave the Congress party. 

In an interview given to a TV channel, Captain Amarinder Singh informed that I have made my position clear that he will not be able to bear such humiliation. During this, he said that the way he has been treated is not right.

However, former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has denied that he will join the BJP for now. Captain Amarinder Singh said that if no one has faith in me, then what is the use of my being in the party. 


Significantly, Amarinder Singh had recently met Home Minister Amit Shah. After this meeting, there were speculations that he would join the BJP.
