According to the information, this entire case is being reported from the Lanji police station area of ​​Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh, where the greedy husband was constantly pressuring the wife to bring money and property from her parent's house, but the wife was not able to tell her parents about the greedy husband's actions. After this, the accused husband killed her by suffocating her and then threw the body in the well to hide the murder. Not only this, the accused himself informed the police about this incident and also filed a report. Where the police also initially believed that the victim died due to drowning in water.

After this, police got the postmortem of the woman's body done and it was revealed that the woman did not die by drowning in water, but she was first murdered and then thrown into the water. During the investigation, a case was registered against the suspected husband Durgesh Bisen at Lanji police station. Accused husband Durgesh Bisen was trying to flee the village after the murder was revealed, but police arrested him on 7 December. The accused confessed his crime during police interrogation. The accused has been arrested and presented in the court.
