The innocent girl's mother told the police in her complaint that one day in June she was not at home. She had left her nine-year-old daughter at home in the care of her husband. During this time, her husband, seeing the opportunity, raped the daughter by threatening her. Since at that time their daughter did not mention the incident to anyone, the accused husband's morale increased further. He repeated this crime again and again.

According to the victim's mother, now her daughter has informed her about the incident. According to the police, on the complaint of the innocent girl's mother, a case has been registered immediately and the accused has been arrested. After getting the girl medically examined, the accused was produced in the court, from where he has been taken into police custody and remand till August 30. At present, the police are interrogating the accused. The police said that a case has been registered against the accused under various sections of the new law along with the sections of the POCSO Act. After the necessary interrogation is completed, the accused will be produced again in court and sent to jail.
