A 33-year-old man named Parvez Siddiqui killed his daughter by throwing her on the ground. He is a resident of Vinoba Bhave Nagar in Kurla.

In a fit of rage, 33-year-old Parvez snatched his daughter from his wife's hands and threw her on the ground. The girl, named Aafia, died. This incident took place in a family where parents, two younger brothers, wife and three daughters live. 33-year-old Parvez has two more daughters aged five and two years.

Both of Parvez's younger brothers work in a pharmaceutical company. Parvez's family was dependent on their earnings. At the time of the incident, Parvez's parents were in the hall of the house and his wife was in the bedroom with the elder daughters. When the elder daughters refused to eat food, his wife scolded them, which angered Parvez and he attacked his younger daughter.

He threw the three-month-old girl on the floor of the hall in front of his parents. After this he fled from the house. The family members took the girl to the hospital, but her life could not be saved. After this, Parvez's wife lodged a complaint with the police.
