EPFO: To get a higher pension, applications can now be made till this date

Employees' Provident Fund Organization has now taken a big step regarding higher pension applications. If you have not yet applied for getting higher pension, then there is no need to worry. EPFO has now given great relief to the people in this regard.

EPFO has now extended the last date to apply for it. The last date to apply for this was fixed today i.e. May 3, which has now been extended till June 26, 2023. 

Eligible members have been given the option to choose the higher pension option by EPFO. EPFO has decided to extend the last date to enable all eligible persons to file their applications under this scheme. As per reports, till now there have been more than 12 lakh applications for choosing the higher pension option.
