According to reports, the Central Board of Trustees (CBT), which takes important decisions of EPFO, has announced an increase in interest rates this year also. Now the interest rate given by EPFO ​​will be 8.25 percent. Till now it is 8.15 percent. However, this decision is yet to be approved by the Finance Ministry.

It is noteworthy that in the financial year 2022-23, EPFO ​​had provided interest of 8.10 percent. EPFO had reduced it to 8.15 percent for 2022-23. This step of EPFO ​​will be very beneficial for the employees.
