Employment fair: 51000 people got government jobs, PM Modi handed over appointment letters!

The Government of India has given great news to the youth who are looking for government jobs. Prime Minister Narendra Modi connected with 51,000 people through a video conference and gave them appointment letters for government jobs. These appointment letters were issued on Saturday, October 28, 2023. The nationwide job fair was organized at 37 locations across the country.

Addressing the program, Prime Minister Modi said, "The job fairs organized in various states and union territories are proof of our commitment towards the youth. Our government is working in mission mode keeping in mind the future of the youth. ''Not only providing employment but also making the entire process transparent. This has increased people's confidence in the recruitment process. We have not only streamlined the recruitment process but also restructured some of the examinations. SSC exams are now conducted not only in Hindi and English but also in 13 regional languages. This has provided an opportunity to those who used to face language difficulties."

Note that ahead of this event, it was already announced by the Prime Minister's Office that Prime Minister Modi will distribute appointment letters to 51,000 individuals on Saturday, October 28, 2023. Prime Minister Modi interacted with the youth through video conferencing and issued appointment letters to everyone. It is noteworthy that a month ago on September 26, Prime Minister Modi had distributed the same number of appointment letters.

Employment for youth

The Modi government at the Center had organized a job fair with the aim of providing employment to the youth and under this, appointment letters were distributed to the youth or newly appointed employees. Prime Minister Modi connected with everyone virtually to distribute appointment letters. Apart from this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a detailed discussion with the newly appointed individuals about the employment situation in the country. So far, about 10 lakh youth have got government jobs through this employment fair of the Central Government.

Employment to 6 lakh people

Till August 28, appointment letters had been issued to more than 5.5 lakh people under 8 employment fairs. By September 26, more than 6 lakh youth received joining letters. It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had started job fairs on 22 October 2022. The objective of the job fairs is to provide employment to 10 lakh people.
