In this regard, recently Union Labor Minister Bhupendra Yadav launched many new features on the e-Shram Portal. Under this, now the details of the families of migrant workers will also be included in it. With this, these people will also be able to get the benefits of schemes related to child education and women.

A statement in this regard has been issued by the Ministry of Labour. In this, it has been told that the registered workers will now be able to connect with employment opportunities, skilling, apprenticeship, pension scheme, digital skilling, and schemes of the states through the e-labor portal.

This step of the government will benefit the unorganized workers. This will facilitate the registration of unorganized workers. The Ministry of Labor informed that the facility to capture the details of the families of migrant laborers has also been provided in the e-Shram Portal.
