Delhi Politics: Kejriwal is Delhi's 'boss' Supreme Court said- LG should act on the advice of the government

There has always been a phase of tussle between the Kejriwal government and the Lieutenant Governor in Delhi. But now the Supreme Court has made Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal the kingmaker. To a large extent, the court agreed with the arguments put forward by the Kejriwal government in the Supreme Court regarding the right to services in Delhi. 

The Supreme Court said that if 'services' are taken out of legislative, executive jurisdiction, the authorities will not listen to the government. In the end, the court gave the decision to control the Delhi government on the services. 

The Supreme Court said that the Delhi government has legislative and executive powers over the services. Now the Kejriwal government has got full authority for the transfer and posting of officers in Delhi. The Supreme Court clearly said in its decision that the LG will work on the advice of the elected government.
