Dearness Allowance: Salary of employees increased before Lok Sabha elections, you should know

Before the Lok Sabha elections to be held this year, the employees have received a big gift. According to reports, the Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has given a big gift to some of its employees.

Yogi government has increased dearness allowance for roadways employees by 10 percent before the Lok Sabha elections. Due to this step of Yogi government, dearness allowance of roadways employees has now increased to 38 percent.

It is noteworthy that the roadways employees had protested for increase in dearness allowance. After this the UP government has taken a decision in his favor. This step of the government will directly benefit 12 thousand employees. Now these employees will get increased salary in the coming time.

Earlier, 28 percent dearness allowance was given to roadways employees. This step of the government will impose additional expenditure of Rs 7.5 to 8 crore on the state.
