Cyclone Ciaran caused devastation in France, power supply to millions of homes was disrupted, mobile communication network was also affected.

Storm Ciaran is causing great trouble for the people in France. At least two people have died here due to the havoc of this storm. 16 others were injured. Here lakhs of houses were plunged into darkness due to the storm. French Home Minister Gerald Darmanin has given this type of information. 

In this regard, he said that the first death due to the devastating storm in France was that of a truck driver. While one person died after falling from his balcony. He said that on Thursday, winds blew at a speed of 180 km per hour in the Atlantic coastal areas. Due to this, trees were uprooted in many areas of the country and more than 12 lakh people have to spend time without electricity. 

The storm also severely disrupted mobile communications networks here, affecting a large number of signal towers and at least one million mobile subscribers. Many countries of Europe have been affected by this storm.
